In this article, the author suggests that it is not necessary to standardize the Vietnamese orthography again because the standardization was already done by Prof.Hoang Phe et al in the 1980s when they first published the word Từ điển tiếng Việt ( the Vietnamese Dictionary). Moreover, it is suggested that the simple and appropriate solutions proposed in that work should be adopted in order to avoid unnecessary confusions in writting the two characters “I” and “Y”.

Central dialect retains many elements language South Asian origin, including Muong ethnic language. Muong language elements stored in the central dialect shown in 2 categories: words isoforms and words phonetic variations. Words isoforms is quite common, but phonetic variations.The phenomenon first consonant variant t-đ and also consonants “p” in Muong language , only in language Nguon of Quang Binh province .Central dialects have differences with the language entire population is the language element language Muong and South Asia.

This article presents a detailed analysis of the two main obstacles which make some proverbs very difficult to be understood: (a) old and dialect words, and (b) grammatical structures (the Topic-Comment structure and ellipses). The author expresses his disagreement with Phan Ngoc’s extremely illusive arguments about this Vietnamese folklore works.
