Two Basic Theoretical Problems of Consciousness / Wang Qikang
// Journal of Huazhong Normal University（Humanities and Social Sciences) 2014, Vol 53, N.6 p169-p174 The article discusses two basic theoretical problems of consciousness. One is the objective sources of conscious initiative. The other problem discussed here is the relationship between self-consciousness and objective consciousness as well as the essence and function of self- consciousness. It thinks that, self-consciousness and objective consciousness are two indispensable fields of human consciousness, and also, they are one aspect of the unified consciousness. Their unification is the fundamental nature of consciousness. The basic performance of this unification is coherence between the two, which opens their mutual supplement and transformation between them. All human conscious activities are composed of these coordinated activities
