From the military outpost located in the southwest comer of the city to an independent magnificent pavilion for tour separating from the city wall, the tour feature of Yellow Crane Tower continues to be strengthened. Centering around Yellow Crane Tower’s history and legends, many related tourist attractions appear in its surrounding areas, which leads to a continuous extension of the space Yellow Crane Tower covering and makes the traditional texts externalization and visualization. Yellow Crane Tower has become a symbol of the River City, which is not only because it has unique geographical location and inherent qualities with the support of civil forces and national forces, but also because it is closely related to legends rooted in Taoist and cultural activities with literati for thousands of years
