At present, the construction of Inter-language Corpus of Chinese is in an imprtant period of vigorous development. At the same time, there still exist many problems and various needs of teaching and research need to be met. To solve these problems, we initiated a project of "the Construction and Research of the inter-language Corpus of Chinese from Global learners". Via the implementation of this project, we attempt to futher promote the construction and development of the corpus. The featured properties of the project include idea innovation, content innovation and method innovation.

The present paper suggests that getting mixed-up between bixu(必须)and bixu(必需)is the source of the change of the syntactic position and function of bixu(必须). The motivation for the formation of bixude(必须的)is the solidification of subjective use and the semantic transition from reality to virtual reality.Bixude(必须的)are very popular in comedy drama and daily conversation.The main discourse function of bixude(必须的)in a response utterance is to express the logical necessity in a humorous way,and affirm the speech content of the listener with humorous tone.

The word Wubi(无比)is used as a verb or a degree adverb in the contemporary Chinese language.As a verb,Wubi(无比)appeared in documents during Qin and HanDynasties with the construction of"NP+Wubi(无比)".Then this form was developed into the construction of"AP+Wubi(无比)"in the Medieval Chinese Language.The word used before Wubi(无比)is a double syllable adjective,which makes lexical meanings of Wubi(无比)gradually illusory and become an adjective of high degree.As a result of syntactic extraposition and the emphasis on the information,Wubi(无比)moves to a front position and obtains adverbial functions.This evolution of the degree adverb Wubi(无比)was accomplished during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.In addition to it,in the contemporary Chinese,especially in the network language,the function of the degree adverb Wubi(无比)has a tendency to further expand.
