This paper argues that one of the important conditions of effective realization form of villager autonomy is regional proximity.Regional proximity means the combination of geographical connection and social contact,which has the social basis and traditions for villager autonomy.Therefore,in the process of exploring the effective realization form of villager autonomy,we cannot deny the value of natural villages which has the characteristic of regional proximity.Meanwhile,as regional unit has the features of diversity and multi-level,different type and size of regions have different autonomous forms,so in the process of village autonomy,we also cannot deny the value of incorporated villages,which have larger areas than natural villages.

This article considers that the intrinsic value of autonomy and villager autonomy decides the villager autonomy will continuously open up the way for itself in practice.Villager autonomy also needs to realize its value through effective realization form.Since the 1980s,the realization form of villager autonomy has experienced three bands:firstly,antigenic and spontaneous villager autonomy based on natural villages,the main contribution isthree self ";secondly,normative and regulative villager autonomy based on incorporated villages,the main contribution isfour democracy";thirdly,endogenous and outside villager autonomy under the incorporated villages,the main contribution is effective realization form.With the economic and social development,we should continue to explore the effective realization form of village autonomy and construct multi-level,multi-type and multi-pattern villager autonomy system.

Initiated from last century,villager autonomy has been implanted into rural society through a series of system designed as a regime.However,considering its generation,villager autonomy is originated from rural society.After being upgraded to a state system,villager autonomy was carried out around the nation and broke away from original rural society gradually.As a unified regime,villager autonomy is confronted with various conditions in rural society,and thus the villages around the nation have implemented local explorations and institutional innovations to advance villager autonomy.The local explorations and innovations are apparently rooted in the autonomy culture of rural society,and they combine continuous culture and the modern system into the concrete practices of villager autonomy,which makes traditional culture integrated into modern governance gradually,and lays a cultural basis for realizing villager autonomy.
