As the development of economic globalization and international rule of law,the problem of control the behavior of multinational corporations has arose the attention of global society.Under new situation,in order to maintain international peace and security and promote international development which are both based on the United Nations Charter,the international rule of law has to define the rights and responsibilities of countries and international organizations,especially non-state actors such as multinational corporations in some areas.The new subject ofhow to regulate responsibilities of multinational corporations by international rule of law is significant in protecting common interests of human beings,maintaining international peace and security,establishing more equitable international orders and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of China.

This paper demonstrates the language use and the attitude within Transnational Corporations(TNCs) in China.The results show that diversity and complexity feature in the language situation of TNCs.Most TNCs use both English and Chinese,with the preference to one of them.This paper further explores that English dominates the oral context,and the use of Chinese is context-oriented.Moreover,foreign staffs speak Chinese in various occasions,some of which are highly–concentrated.Apart from the aforementioned findings,this study argues that the identity of Chinese proficiency among foreign employees is not so high.
