Toponyms have been traditional academic objects of linguistics. In recent years. they have just received the attention from many other scientific fields such as history, ethnography geography and culturology...Deconding toponyms helps to know and explore the information and values of the owners who have created the names for the natural geographical and human objects relating to the land in the ares, especially to understand the inside emotions, desires and thoughts of a community, an ethinic group. This paper initially studies some of personalities of people in Ninh Thuan- Binh Thuan through theway of naming toponyms.
