Chinese has two negative markers,bu and mei.They differ with respect to co-occurrence with different aspect markers and their positions in verb-complement constructions,and usually pose challenges in L2 Chinese acquisition.The present study examines how the semantic and syntactic features of these two negative markers concerning aspectual markers and verb-complement constructions are represented in L2 Chinese grammars,using an Acceptability Judgment Test and a Sentence Production Test.30 English speakers and 29 Korean speakers participated in the study.The results indicate that L2 Chinese learners are able to place the two negative markers correctly in simple S-V-O sentences,but differ significantly from the native Chinese control group on the position of the negative markers in relation to aspectual markers and verb-complement constructions.The results also suggest that English-speaking learners behave better than Korean-speaking learners of the same Chinese proficiency levels,although development is seen in both groups of learners.The study concludes that success or failure in acquisition of the differences between bu and mei can be attributed to a number of variables,including cross-linguistic influence,syntax-semantics interface,and the complicated nature of aspectual makers.

This paper analyzes the uygur chinese acquisition literatures which have published on the domestic chinese journals last two decades through a quantitative statistical method,then distributs these literatures in characters、phonetics、vocabulary、grammar and discourse under the SLA theoretical framework.The acquisition of uygur chinese situation:theory basis need widen,research and systematic lack balance,research methods have been transformed into qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally,the study also analyzes the deficiency and offer some suggestions for its future development,the porpurse is to provide some reference and inspiration to the relevant language teaching and research
