The phenomenological construction of"the individual"is one of the most important subjects in Edith Stein’s early phenomenology of empathy. The phenomenological construction of the individual refers to the clarification of "the individual in general"in its phenomenological sense,or "the individual self in general"in the phenomenologically intentional relevance. The individual( foreign individual and local individual) as the psychic-physical unity phenomenologically constructs itself in the act of "empathy"in a broader sense. And,the construction of the individuals refers to the inter-subjectively phenomenological construction of the real external world in the end.
