The foundation of this mataphor is the way people experiece tastes in the space: up-down, in-out, related to the conception of “Food”: 1,Formed food is up, runined food is down; 2,Good food is up; 3, Strong taste is up, insipid taste is down; 4, Being full is up, being hungry is down. This metaphor once again affirms the role of conceptual metaphor towards the perception, thought; reflects the characteristic of Vietnamese cultuer.
