汉语抽象名词的语料库研究 = A Corpus-Based Study on Chinese Abstract Nouns. / Fang Qingming.

Abstract nouns such as shijie,lianse,chengdu,etc.are common enough to deserve deep study.This paper uses The National Language Com mittee of Com mon Modern Chinese Corpus and Antcon 3.2.4wcorpus analysis software to analyze Chinese abstract nouns,involving their collocations and extended lexical units,modifier dependence,as well as semantic prosody.It is found that shijie shows polarity attributes,chengdu has its modifier-dependence properties,and lianse manifests negative semantic prosody.The words zhanzhengand hepingalso have subtle differences in the above mentioned aspects.These cases prove the great research prospects of the corpus approach to abstract noun study.Corpus linguistics,as a research paradigm of new technology and theory,will promote the development of Chinese study.
