KФtyr- is a verb which means human action originally, and it refers to the action of people or animals loading objects with upper limbs. However, in the book Kutadgu Bilig, the words which have relations with kФtyrchange from the original dominant mode to those that can not be loaded. In fact, it is the basic human cognitive mode of realizing the world, the result of the function of metaphor. The result of these phenomena is led by kФtyr-related structures projecting to other areas. Based on the analysis of the verb kФtyr-, this paper shows Uyghur people’s modes of cognition of the world during the period of Kutadgu Bilig.

具身认知强调身体感觉经验在概念形成和理解过程中的作用.概念符号的含义是建立在身体感觉运动经验基础上的.形象性概念学习过程中建立了感觉通道与运动脑区的特异性联结;抽象动词通过隐喻的方式,用较为熟悉的身体感觉经验映射和理解较为复杂的抽象概念.脑成像研究表明,动词语义理解与前运动皮层和主运动脑区存在特异性的对应关系,动作语义理解是具身的,大脑镜像神经系统和运动脑区模拟了概念中的动作,实现了动作语义的通达.从这个意义上说,语言的理解没有超越身体的物理经验,心理和身体是统一的

Qian Zhongshu’s masterwork Weicheng includes many metaphors,these metaphors are by all means the difficult points of translation.Aiming to figure out the intention of the translator and evaluate his translation strategy,this article analyzes the German translations of metaphors in Weicheng from the perspective of Adaptation Theory.

Metaphor is a common linguistic phenomenon,and widely exists in our daily utterances.It is the main tool for us to understand abstract concepts and make abstract inference.Under the background of conceptual integration theory,this paper provides an analysis of noun metaphor by observing the aualia structure in generative lexicon theory at the same time.Supported by four examples,the paper claims that qualia roles can provide abundant contents for the mental space in conceptual integration and help with recognizing and understanding noun metaphor.
