The represented meaning of Chinese cuisine culture is very unique culture that is worthly for reseaching. It can be formed with the external conditions such as the appearance, quantity, color, language, or the internal conditions such as the functional characteristics and uses, or the folk meaning of the food; the internal ones also contain the method and mode of the image or visual mentality, metaphor and smile...We use those things to convey people the certain messages of the Chinese cuisine culture. In this article, we will discuss the Chinese particular cuisine culture under the perspectives of the homonym and euphony of Chinese language.
