Ba mối tương quan thể hiện trong chính sách ngoại ngữ của Việt Nam thời hội nhập = Three relations in Vietnam's foreign langagues in the era of integration / Vương Toàn.
// Tạp chí khoa học ngoại ngữ Số 44/2015 Hà Nội : Đại học Hà Nội, 2015tr. 91-100 Foreign languages are necessary for all generations, especially the young, in the era of international and regional integration. Each language has its own position in the social life (most clearly reflected in education).Vietnam is a multi-ethnic nation with cultural diversity. The choice of a foreign language needs to be situated not only in the relation with other foreign languages and the national language, but each foreign language needs to be placed in the relation with the languages of other ethnic moritities in the country, especially with neighbor languages. These are the three correlations which should be given due attention in the suggestion of a language policy in general, and a foreign language policy in particular, so that Vietnam can befriend with all countries and this country can move towards the status of multi languages in cultural diversity.

In the trade marl, the place name could only be the name of product,but its role become very sighficant when it is related to a geographical instruction, an elemen constiluting the value of the product.This paper suggests some recommendations emphasizing the role of the priducers, the consumers and the authorities in market management and in appraising the quality of product to protect the value of the place name attached to trade mark.

The toponymes in Dien Bien province are mainly originated from the Vietnamese language, the national language and Thai language, the most commonly used local vernacular. As a result, many Thai toponymes have been Vietnamized. The analysis of currently used toponymes showed that one and the same toponyme may have different writings and there is a need to standardize these toponymes.
