| This paper firstly classifies performative verbs in legal texts into assertives, expressives, declaratives, directives, litigatives, commisives and collaboratives,based on John Searle ’s,Geoffrey Leech ’s,and Jürgen Habermas ’ theories and the general features of legal texts. Then a one-million-character corpus is built with random samples from a collection of current legal texts in Mainland China, which are classified into 3 groups in line with domestic and international laws,department laws,substantive and adjective laws. After POS tagging with CKIP autotag 1. 0,it retrieves performative verbs with AntConc and explores the applications of Chinese performative verbs in legal texts from the perspective of pragmatics. |

| 本文认为汉字与汉语词在构造上有着共同的深层机制——汉民族的思维特点,即汉民族的具象直观、整体性以及类属概念等思维惯式在语言及其文字上的反映。本文提倡从汉民族的思维惯式入手"衔接"汉字教学与词汇教学,具体方法有:据象示意,以直观的方式分析字词含义;整体意合,以综合的方式理解字词含义;以分类的方式归纳类推字词含义。运用这些方法将汉字教学与汉语词汇教学统一起来,应该是一种值得尝试的教学方法。 |
