| Workplace bullying becomes a social problem worldwide which is resolved legally in different ways.The United States shows more attention in making remedies afterwards while Canada and some European countries mainly focuses on prevention of Workplace bullying.China should use foreign experience to make an ideal resolution of legislature which is primarily preventive while making remedies afterwards subsidiary on the basis of modification for existing statute law. |

| 职场欺凌是一个严重的社会问题,目前各国对其法律应对措施都有所不同。美国立法和实践偏向对职场欺凌受害人进行事后救济,加拿大和欧洲部分国家则更多考虑对职场欺凌加以事前预防。我国应借鉴世界各国的有效立法和实践经验,在现有法律框架下建立事前预防为主、事后救济为辅的立法模式以有效应对现有的职场欺凌问题。 |
