| In the process of granunaticalization of Chinese prepositions and conjunctions,the words has been lengthened and the number of synonymous function words has been increased,and that doesn’t accord with the general law of grammaticalization.To explain the abnormal phenomena,this paper puts forward an overlap hypothesis and argues that all these anomalies were caused by overlap. | |

| 从语法化的角度看,汉语史上介词和连词的形式由小变大,表示同一语法意义的介词和连词也不断增多,这两个现象令人不解。本文提出一种叠加结构假说,由于单音介词叠加,使介词的音节数目增加——由单音变双音,由双音变三音;某些连词也经历了同样的变化。同时,叠加不断产出的双音节词和三音节词增加了同义介词和连词的数量。 | |
