Tóm tắt In the study that is described in this paper,the current situation of job burnout of Chinese teachers was investigated with Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI),and 12 representative Chinese teachers were interviewed.Based on these,it is claimed that the situation of job burnout is not serious in general,but dimension of Emotional Exhaustion has appeared moderate burnout.While gender and title have no significant effect on three dimensions of job burnout of Chinese teachers,degrees they have obtained do have an extremely significant impact on the dimension of Diminished Personal Accomplishment;and years of service credit as a teacher also has an extremely significant impact on the dimension of Emotional Exhaustion.At the end of the paper,a few strategies are put forward to alleviate job burnout of Chinese teachers.
Tóm tắt 本文使用Maslach设计的教师职业倦怠问卷(MBI)对对外汉语教师的职业倦怠情况进行调查,并在其中选取12位具有代表性的汉语教师进行访谈。文章发现:从总体上说,对外汉语教师职业倦怠情况不太严重,但情感耗竭维度已出现中度倦怠;性别和职称等因素对对外汉语教师职业倦怠三个维度都没有显著影响;对外汉语教师的学历对其职业倦怠的低成就感维度有极其显著影响;教龄对对外汉语教师职业倦怠的情感耗竭维度有极其显著的影响。最后,针对调查中所发现的问题提出了缓解职业倦怠的策略。
