| This paper draws on the experiences of language education in Hong Kong.The method is to intensify parents’ identity to bilingual education through publicity.Parents can choose bilingual education form scientificaally and their choice can be respected;teaching condition in minority region is optimized;bilingual education based on mother language is emphasized.This paper also proposes advice for improving preschool bilingual education which is being practiced in minority region in Xinjiang. |
