| According to the policy of the Ministry of Education and Training and Vietnam”s National Foreign Language 2020 project, the training program of Information and Communnications Technology (ICT) applications for English teachers in Vietnam at all levels (teachers of English at primary school, secondary school, high school, university and college) has been created, accessed and then used in training teachers of English of all levers all over Vietnam. In fact, this training program if ICT has achieved a lot of success. However, everything always has two sides. Beside good points, this kind of training can not avoid some problems due to different causes including objective ones and subjective ones. They are: ICT capacities of attendees, intrastructure of the training places, the potential of ICT application in attendee’s profession, etc.This article will deal with these problems as well as suggest some recommendations for these through some surveys and obersation. |
