| In this study,the cross-language affective priming effect was examined in a Chinese-English bilingual speaking population.The results revealed that the affective priming effect is a robust phenomenon.The degree of affective priming effect observed in the study is related to the proficiency of language.High proficient bilinguals demonstrated an equal affective priming effect in both their first language and their second language.Non-proficient bilinguals did not obtain a priming effect in their second language,showing a marked asymmetry.The study provides evidence for automatic activation of emotional components and multi-layered semantics in bilinguals | |

| 本研究采用跨语言情感启动范式,以熟练程度不同的汉-英双语者为受试,考察双语者语言加工过程中的情感激活。实验发现,跨语言情感启动效应受到二语熟练程度的影响:熟练双语受试在语言内和跨语言条件下都出现了情感启动效应,两种条件下的情感启动效应并无显著性差异;非熟练双语受试在跨语言启动条件下未发现情感启动效应,表现出了双语情感启动效应的非对称性。研究结果为二语加工过程中情感的自动激活以及多层次概念语义激活提供了证据 | |
