| Based on analyzing the present situation of TCFL teachers by using quantitative analysis method, the author found that there are a lot of shortcomings and deficiencies of the TCFL teachers in Xinjiang universities both in quantity and quality. This paper conducted a survey on the model of teachers training and pointed out that there are many effective measures which can train teachers according to the diversified, multi-level demand for teachers,indicating that taking diversified teacher training and training pattern measures is the effective way to meet the diverse needs of teachers. | |
