On Redistribution of Schools in Compulsory Education——Research Progress and Problem-solving / Lei Wanpeng.
// Journal of Huazhong Normal University（Humanities and Social Sciences) 2014, Vol 53, N.5 p147-p154 The development of urbanization and new policy of household registration reform bring about great challenges to the mapping of schools in compulsory education. Since the new round redistribution of schools in compulsory education starting in the year 2001, there exist many empty primary-secondary schools in rural areas and large-scale classes in urban primary-secondary schools, which make it necessary to do great change and transformation in the redistribution policy. Nowadays, there are some misconceptions greatly influencing the decision-making in local education. In order to clarify all these misconceptions, this paper, basing on the practice of schools redistribution, through combing current literature, from the angle of the redistribution connotation, influencing factors, implementation methods, implementation effect and problem-solving, discusses the knowledge and value choice for the redistribution policy-making and its implementation
