The development of urbanization and new policy of household registration reform bring about great challenges to the mapping of schools in compulsory education. Since the new round redistribution of schools in compulsory education starting in the year 2001, there exist many empty primary-secondary schools in rural areas and large-scale classes in urban primary-secondary schools, which make it necessary to do great change and transformation in the redistribution policy. Nowadays, there are some misconceptions greatly influencing the decision-making in local education. In order to clarify all these misconceptions, this paper, basing on the practice of schools redistribution, through combing current literature, from the angle of the redistribution connotation, influencing factors, implementation methods, implementation effect and problem-solving, discusses the knowledge and value choice for the redistribution policy-making and its implementation

In the debate about literary essence among the academic circles,there are great gap among scholars’understanding of essentialism and anti-essentialism,and it is necessary to comb and discriminate some basic theories and concepts.More importantly,we should have a rational reflection on some important issues of this debate.In general,this debate is not accidental,but related with the difficulties and challenges which the traditional literary theory encountered in the"post literature era",with the anxiety to seek a breakthrough under this challenges for the academic circles,and with the choice of value on the transformation and reconstruction of knowledge production in contemporary literary theory.
