Antonym is a popular issue in real life and also a general significant matter of language. Antonym appears on different levels of languages but it is seen clearly and originally in the field of vocabulary, especially idioms. With the purpose of discovering and confirming the value of antonym idioms in terms of language, simultaneously providing the extra source for vocabulary teaching at school, Vietnamese antonym idioms are referred with original characteristics in terms of structure as well as general grammatical meaning. They always appear with a variety of antonym types and accidental expressive value. Especially, speakers can easily achieve their communication purpose and have a deep understanding on happening issues when they use pairs of antonym idioms with main-subordinate structure which contains both antonym of vocabulary and antonym of rhetoric.

The present work analyses the modern Uyghur word stress by using the theories and methods of syllable weight,metrical phonology and prosodic phonology. It determines the nature of the Uyghur word stress again,analyzing the implementation process and puts forward simple judging method of word stress position from the form of the word. And then the phonetic,phonological and grammatical factors that affect word stress implementation are discussed as well.
