On the basis of large-scale Chinese teaching corpora,a topic bank consisting of five categories,35 topics and 54sub-topics is established and sorted according to the frequency of occurrence.Then a topic-oriented video resource library is set up by intercepting highly relevant video clips from popular movies and TV programs while maintaining the subtitles.Each video clip is labeled and sorted by its relevance to the topic and likelihood of occurrence with a view to facilitating Chinese teaching at different levels.
